Vaginas should come with instruction manuals. They’re wildly complicated, and each one requires a different level of TLC, but there are a few basic rules that apply to every single one 👇🏼
⭐️ Cleaning should consist of a mild, fragrance-free soap, around the vulva, but not inside of the vaginal canal.
⭐️ Vaginas are self cleaning, so avoiding douches is going to ensure that our vaginas are healthy and happy.
⭐️ Douches affect the vaginal microbiome and throw of the pH, which can lead to infections and diseases.
⭐️ Cotton panties are your bff, because they allow your stuff to BREATHE
⭐️ Keep things clean and UTI-free by peeing after intercourse or self pleasure
⭐️ Bacteria loves to hang out in warm, dark places – like your leggings after a spin class. If you’re not headed home to shower directly after a sweat sesh, bring a change of clothes with you. This is a great excuse to invest in a cute gym bag, just saying
⭐️ Carry @stallmateswipes wherever you go!!! Not an ad, I’m a HUGE fan of these wipes and buy like 20 packs at a time and they’re in every bathroom of our house. No shame. Get the little singles packs of them and keep some in that cute gym bag you just decided to get!
