The things that provide us pleasure do so because of how our body and brain responds. Lets talk about How to Retrain Your Brain to Experience Pleasure.
When we engage in something that gives us those yummy feel good vibes, we’re experiencing the release of a range of various neurotransmitters and hormones that fill us with excitement and joy.
But what if you could train your brain to be tapped into those feelings all of the time?
If you spent your days feeling charged up, loving yourself, and being excited about your life – how do you think that would impact your s*x life? I think we both know the answer to that 😉
That’s why I say that pleasure practice is so much more than just magic in the bedroom.
⚡️ REMEMBER: When you’re turned on in your life, it is infinitely easier to get turned on in the bedroom.
So you may be asking – HOW do I start tapping into this?
✅ STEP 1: Get curious – Imagine yourself just a bit removed from your thoughts and feelings. And when thoughts and feelings come up, get curious about them. Ask yourself why you’re feeling what you’re feeling and see if there’s anywhere you can find pleasure in that moment. And then relish in that realization.
Creating that habit of getting curious and looking for another route for your energy is the first step to training your brain to seek pleasure out.
Inside of Everyday Pleasure, I am going to be teaching you so many magical tools for how you can tap into pleasure in just 10 minutes per day! Enrollment is OPEN and ready to for you >> bit.ly/everyday-pleasure
