1. Get relaxed
A hot bath or shower, getting all soapy, and feeling clean is like the absolute first step for me to feeling turned on. You can add some essential oils like clary sage, lavender, or sandalwood or a CBD bath bomb to really upgrade the experience
2. Touch your body
This doesn’t even have to be sexual (unless you want it to be), but just run your hands over your skin, in your hair, over your erogenous zones – add a little body oil or lotion if you’re feeling that
3. Whip out a toy
Using a toy by running it over your body or for external stimulation can help you really get in the mood for pleasure. This is a great way to get in the mood with a partner as well
4. Read or watch something that turns you on

5. Get out of a routine
