The hype around Fat Balls has been overwhelming lately. I figured they couldn’t be that good right? I just hadn’t been convinced to make them yet, but while I was at the doctor’s office the other day, doing my Lyme IV therapy, my nurse started talking about the Keto Bites she made with another patient. Long story short, I made a huge batch of Fat Balls and they’re all gone… oops.
I don’t do Keto, but I am a huge believer in eating a lot of healthy fats. So as I am currently on a mission to find more gut-healthy snacks, I am happy to announce that these Maple Pecan Fat Balls are absolutely in my list of favorite snacks.
