let’s play 2 truths and a lie: 1. i’m always eating 2. this is the best banana bread i’ve ever had 3. i don’t like everything slathered in grass fed organic butter which one is the lie??? this is some live action footage of me demolishing this bread while butter simultaneously drips down my chin. sounds like a good sunday to me 🤷🏼♀️ how i did it 👇🏼🍌 • preheat oven to 350 • in a large mixing bowl smash 5 (or more!) bananas with a fork and then add 2 cups of gf flour, 1/2 tbsp baking powder, 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (or extract), 1/4 cup water, 1/2 cup maple syrup, 2 eggs, & 3 tbsp chia seeds. • mix well and then pour into a greased brownie pan or loaf pan • cook for 50-60 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean)
Best toasted and slathered in organic grass-fed butter, this banana bread will rock your world.
