I get this question often – “How long will it take to heal XYZ?” and there’s a lot of factors that come into play such as protocol complacency, how hard you resist the process 😉, and your individual body, so I can’t give you an exact timeframe for YOUR body, but generally speaking healing takes 3-6 months of consistency.
