Did you know that period problems are so much more than just cramps and hormonal acne?
That’s why the application for Period Bootcamp has a checklist of 50+ issues listed out that I consider to be period problems –
The idea of “period problems” is reserved for what we see and physically feel – cramps, heavy flow, and hormonal acne, but I think that limited definition does women a disservice.
🩸If we’re not pooping/ pooping too much, it is impacting hormone health
🩸If we’re stressed, it is impacting hormone health
🩸If we’re reacting to everything we eat, it is impacting hormone health
And so on and so forth, it goes in a circle – because these 50+ issues contribute to and are part of the big umbrella that is “period problems”
