I want you to think of healthy fats as one of the major pillars of your nutrition because they can be anti-inflammatory and they serve as the building blocks for our steroid hormones – estrogen and progesterone.

One study even found that consuming healthy levels of fat reduced the chance of anovulation (ovulation not occurring).

Consumptions of high quality, good fats is necessary for having healthy hormones 👏🏼

🥑 Olives/ Olive oil (extra virgin)
🥑 Avocados/ Avocado oil
🥑 High-quality butter
🥑 Coconut (oil/ butter/ MCT)

🥑 Animal fat (Lard, Tallow, Poultry fat)

I shoot for around 👉🏼 2tbsp of fat at every meal, but I encourage you to find what consumption feels good for you!
