Deep down, we all know how to heal. Our bodies are literally programmed to heal.
🔥 I don’t necessarily teach clients how to heal, I guide them through tools and education that allows them to feel connected to their bodies and to create space for healing.
You can start tapping into this practice of connecting with your body by beginning each day with journaling or verbal processing (by using an app on your phone to talk it out). Ask yourself “Body, how do you need me to show up for you today?” and see what flows out.
