As I mentioned before, our general health is not influenced by “one” particular action. It is a complication of many repeated choices and actions over time.
That being said…wellness can come with a lot of shame and health can feel make or break or all or nothing. 🙅♀️ We often feel like one “wrong” thing can ruin our health or progress, when in reality our health is generally a reflection of a collection of habits and/ or repeated decisions over time. I am here to remind you that that is NOT true.
Now, let’s be clear – I will definitely feel a night of poor sleep the next day (I swear this feels so much worse in my mid-twenties lol?!) – and one poor night of sleep will actually impact my hormone health for the next day or so according to the science we have on this – but I’m not going to develop adrenal fatigue because of that one single night – and so on…
So let’s talk about a few key things you can begin working on to pave the way for healthier hormones and symptomless menstrual cycles.

As cheesy as it sounds, I like to think of true wellness as a recipe to a lifestyle that is aligned with my goals! 🦋 So take 1-2 action steps that feel most aligned with you/ your lifestyle/ goals and start from there. And remember: give yourself grace throughout this process.
My Hormone Bootcamp clients will tell you, one of the very first things I teach is that we have to give ourselves grace. Wellness cannot and will never be a perfect practice…
