BREAKING NEWS: Taking care of your hormones doesn’t have to be hard 👏🏼 Lets talk about Three Thing You Can Do for Clear Skin & Painless Cycles
None of these habits that I do on a daily basis are difficult…
But I put them off for literally YEARS because I thought they would be dreadful
While these habits take intentional action, I’ve created a strong why for what I’m doing and I’ve created a gameplan that makes it easy for myself – aka totally cutting out the feelings that make it *hard* – All of which I teach my clients inside of every single one of my programs ✨
3 things I do for my hormones that feel easy af…
1️⃣ I get active – I aim to take a rest day at least once per week, but I do my best to live an active lifestyle, hit the gym, and get 7-10k steps per day
2️⃣ I nourish my body – This is really a two-part activity broken up between hormone happy foods and appropriate supplements. I eat in a way that fuels by body well (without ever being on a damn diet) and I take a few key supplements (reminder: you don’t have to drop mad $$$ on tons supplements to be healthy).
3️⃣ 7-8 hours of sleep is a non-negotiable – And I mean NON-NEGOTIABLE
