I don’t believe that acne ever has just one root cause ❗️ because our skin is our biggest eliminator and it often reacts to so many things – stress, inflammation, toxin overload, hormones, etc. Hormonal acne is just one of the many types of acne women experience.

For most women, there are usually about five reasons why we may be experiencing adult acne:

✨Hormones are out of whack
✨Unhealthy gut
✨Poor detoxification
✨Inflammation
✨A combo of the above

Even when I have a client who has lots of hormonal acne symptoms, we’re still working with inflammation, the gut, detoxification pathways, AND hormones.
