When I was struggling with my hormones, I bought all of the magical period and skincare supplements thinking that would be the fix. 🥴
Now, I’m a fan of healthy habits and supporting those with foundational supplements such as a probiotic, magnesium, and Vitamin D (this isn’t a full list of my favorites, just the top 3).
I personally love probiotics, magnesium, and vitamin D for hormone health.
Probiotic – Can help boost gut health, can support digestion and nutrient absorption, regulate bowels, and boost immune function.
Magnesium – Essential to the production of hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone, can help with daily bowel movements, supports healthy elimination of estrogen, can be helpful for night sweats, headaches, PMS, anxiety, stress, and more.
Vitamin D – Actually works as a hormone in the body, helps to balance hormones, can help with mental health and symptoms of depression, helps to reduce inflammation in the body and supports immune function.
