👉🏼 Acid reflux happens when there is backflow of acid from the stomach, to the esophagus. This results in things like heartburn and it is WAY more common than it should be.
I used to struggle with heartburn and I absolutely hated sucking on those terrible lozenges. They also never seemed to help. And honestly, my heartburn didn’t ease up until I started addressing my food sensitivities.
