Phones CANNOT accurately predict ovulation.
If you’re using an app on your phone that predicts ovulation to get pregnant, you’ve got about a 21% chance of it actually being accurate… because your iPhone has no clue about what’s happening in your ovaries.
If you’re TTC and frustrated af because you feel like you’re using the apps, using your OPK’s, and STILL not seeing those two pink lines – it might not be a health thing, it could be your methods.
There are only a few ways to accurately predict ovulation, and I promise it’s not the calendar on your smartphone. Stop relying on technology and start trusting and accepting your body – and how to properly read the signs of your ovulation!
I get it, ladies, our bodies are mysterious, confusing, but amazing at the same time.
