This post is for my gals who are on the pill to regulate their periods – which, the pill doesn’t do because the bleed you experience on the pill is not medically or physiologically like an actual period.
This post is for my ladies who are on HBC to control acne. I’m here to remind you that you can do that with your plate and some simple skincare.
This post is for the women who believe that they’re just doomed to have debilitating cramps every month. They believe that Mother Nature dealt them a bad hand. Nah sis, that shit is supposed to be essentially symptomless.
If you’re handed a pill for these problems, it can absolutely mask them. But, it isn’t designed to HEAL the root cause.

⚡️Lifestyle – Getting active daily, getting enough sleep, and going outside
⚡️Mindset/ Emotional Health/ Stress – Meditation, gratitude, goal setting
⚡️Gut Health – Pre + probiotic foods like psyllium husk + fermented vegetables, collagen, bone broth, + all of the above play a big role in gut health
