You will receive a 6 week training program based off of your own individual body and goals!

The process:

Within 24 hours of your purchase you will receive an introductory email and a survey to submit.

Within 3-5 days of sending me your survey, you will receive your individualized 6-week plan.

The purchase of this plan will include:

  • 6 weeks worth of exercises – video and photos upon request (takes a bit longer)
  • Nutrition guidelines – Not macros nor calorie goals. I will teach you to intuitively eat!
  • Bi-weekly check ins via text or email.
  • Unlimited email support
